Изысканное сочетание запеченной кисловатой сливы, сладкого меда и нежного козьего сыра со свежим и деликатным вкусом. Дополнить это произведение может только бокал хорошего розового вина. Или белого, с легкими сладковатыми нотами.
Рецепт:
500 г готового слоеного теста
100 г мягкого козьего сыра
10-12 слив
1 желток
1 ч. л. сахара
1 ст. л. молока
3 ст. л. меда
Раскатываем тесто в тонкий пласт, вырезаем из него кружки диаметром около 7 см. Выкладываем на застеленный пекарской бумагой противень. Накрываем, чтобы не подсыхали.
Сливы нарезаем дольками. Сыр, если он колбаской, нарезаем кружками, укладываем на тесто. Если же сыр пастообразный, то выкладываем его на тесто ложкой. Я беру уже нарезанную колбаску Шавру, делю порции еще на 2-3 части.
Поверх сыра выкладываем дольки слив, оставляя на тесте поля в 1 см.
Слегка взбиваем желток с сахаром и молоком, смазываем этой смесью края теста.
Поливаем сливы медом.
Ставим пирожные в разогретую до 200оС духовку, на дно духовки ставим емкость в горячей водой. Выпекаем 15-18 минут, пока они не поднимутся и не станут золотистыми.
