Но если так уж хочется послаще, тогда можно добавить в тесто немного меда, сиропа агавы или коричневого тростникового сахара. Это печенье великолепно для завтраков с йогуртом и чашечкой кофе, для дневных чаепитий и просто для перекусов. Его удобно брать с собой на работу и в поездки. Наслаждайтесь!
Рецепт из книги Елены Чекаловой «Ешьте!»:
0,75 стакана грубых овсяных хлопьев
0,25 стакана овсяных отрубей
1 стакан густого яблочного пюре
100 г рубленной ореховой смеси ( семечки подсолнуха, миндаль, грецкий орех — поровну)
100 г мелко нарезанной кураги или инжира
4 ст.ложки орехового или оливкового масла
2 ст.ложки коричневого тростникового сахара или сиропа агавы
щепотка соли
1. Смешиваем все ингредиенты, ставим тесто в холодильник на 30 минут, чтобы легче лепилось.
2. Разогреваем духовку до 170ºС. Противень застилаем бумагой для выпечки.
3. Слегка смачивая руки водой, формуем из теста небольшие и нетолстые лепешки, выкладываем на противень на расстоянии 2 см.
4. Выпекаем 30-35 минут.
