Клубничный сезон заканчивается и, пока ягода окончательно не исчезла до следующего сезона, попробуем ее в сочетании с весьма неожиданными продуктами.
Первый вариант — с имбирем и черным перцем.
Рецепт на 4 порции:
400г клубники
200г жирной сметаны
1ч.л сахарной пудры
1ч.л сока лимона
имбирный джем
свежемолотый черный перец
Для имбирного джема:
3 см свежего корня имбиря
3ст. л. сахара
1 ст.л. бальзамического уксуса
Сначала приготовим имбирный джем. Его можно сделать заранее и держать в холодильнике.
Очищаем имбирь, натираем на терке, кладем в сотейник, добавляем сахар, бальзамический уксус и 4ст.л. холодной воды. Ставим на средний огонь, готовим, помешивая, до однородности. Перекладываем в баночку. Охлаждаем.
Теперь приготовим десерт.
Взбиваем сметану с сахарной пудрой и соком лимона. Раскладываем по креманкам.
Клубнику моем, очищаем, сушим на решетке, затем нарезаем крупными ломтиками, укладываем на взбитую сметану.
Посыпаем перцем, поливаем имбирным джемом. Сразу же подаем.
Удивительный вкус. Рекомендую.
