Еще один настоящий осенний супчик. Легкий, нежный, ароматный и очень быстро готовится.
Рецепт:
1,5 л куриного бульона
1 крупная или 2 мелкие сваренные куриные грудки
2 небольшие луковицы
3 стебля сельдерея
2 зеленых яблока
1 ст.л. карри
оливковое и сливочное масло
соль, перец
Нарезаем крупными кубиками лук, сельдерей и куриную грудку. Яблоки очищаем, тоже режем крупными кубиками.
В большой кастрюле с толстым дном разогреваем смесь оливкового и сливочного масла, обжариваем на малом огне лук, сельдерей и яблоко до мягкости. Добавляем карри, готовим еще 2 мин. Добавляем куриную грудку, перемешиваем. Вливаем кипящий бульон, варим на малом огне 5 мин. Добавляем соль и перец по вкусу. При желании сливки, но их лучше добавлять при подаче прямо в тарелки.
