Это замечательный вариант весеннего завтрака, не требующий больших усилий в приготовлении. Просто, быстро и очень вкусно. Только не экономьте на сливочном масле. Чем щедрее им блинчики сдобрены, тем они вкуснее.
Рецепт:
1 стакан муки
1,5 стакана молока
2 яйца
100 г зеленого лука
100 г тертого сыра
сливочное масло
растительное масло
соль
1. Яйца взбиваем в миске вместе со щепоткой соли. Постепенно, продолжая взбивать, вливаем слегка теплое молоко. Частями добавляем просеянную муку, хорошенько перемешиваем, чтобы не было комков.
2. Лук промываем, обсушиваем, мелко режем, добавляем в тесто. Перемешиваем. Разогреваем в сковороде немного растительного масла, вливаем небольшое количество теста, жарим с двух сторон до золотистого цвета . Таким образом готовим блинчики из всего приготовленного теста.
3. Готовые блинчики перекладываем на теплую тарелку, пока они горячие, — смазываем сливочным маслом, посыпаем тертым сыром, складываем пополам. Подаем горячими.
