Йогуртные завтраки. Йогурт с медовой морковью

Можно сказать, мои выходные прошли под знаком сладких десертов из овощей. Да-да, именно из овощей: моркови и свеклы. И не удивляйтесь, ведь наверняка вам уже знаком изумительный вкус морковного кекса,  да и тарт татен из свеклы, надеюсь, вы тоже оценили. На этот раз  я делала из моркови сладкий топинг с медом и лимонной цедрой для йогурта, а из свеклы — кекс. Про кекс напишу в следующем посте, а в этом расскажу про вкусный и весьма полезный десерт из йогурта и ароматной сладкой моркови.

Йогурт с медовой морковью, 2014

Нужно сказать, что стаканчик такого десерта подойдет даже тем, у кого есть ограничения в питании, кто вынужден сидеть на диетах. И деткам тоже.

 

Рецепт не 2 стакана:

400 г моркови

250 г натурального йогурта

1 ст.л. меда

1 ч.л. тертой лимонной цедры

 

 

1. Морковь очищаем, нарезаем крупными кусками отвариваем на пару до готовности 20-25 минут. Я готовила в мультиварке в режиме «пароварка».

2. Морковь полностью остужаем, перекладываем в блендер, добавляем мед и лимонную цедру, разбиваем в пюре.

3. Заполняем стаканы, чередуя слой моркови со слоем йогурта. Подаем.

 

К такому десерту можно подать печенье.
