Пост – не повод отказывать себе в выпечке. Более того, наоборот, это прекрасный повод попробовать поэкспериментировать с интересными рецептами полезной диетической выпечки. Без яиц и без любого масла, даже растительного, как, к примеру, у этого, казалось бы, простейшего пирога на основе крепкого кофе. Несмотря на минимум продуктов, необходимых для его приготовления, этот суперпостный пирог получается очень вкусным и ароматным. На вкус напоминает мягкую медовую коврижку. По вашему желанию в пирог можно добавить изюм или чернослив, корицу или кардамон, но если честно, он замечательный и без этих дополнений.
Рецепт:
250г муки
250 мл крепкого кофе
1 стакан коричневого сахара
1 стакан меда
1 стакан половинок грецких орехов
1ч.ложка соды
щепотка соли
сахарная пудра для посыпки
1. Кофе процеживаем, добавляем сахар и мед. Слегка нагреваем, перемешивая, до полного растворения меда и сахара.
2. Снимаем с огня, добавляем неизмельченные половинки грецких орехов, соду и щепотку соли.
3. Всыпаем просеянную муку, перемешиваем недолго, до полного соединения.
4. Круглую разъемную форму диаметром 26 см смазываем растительным маслом, запыляем мукой. Выливаем в форму тесто, отправляем в разогретую до 170ºС духовку. Выпекаем 50-55 минут.
5. Готовый пирог вынимаем из формы, кладем на решетку, охлаждаем. Посыпаем сахарной пудрой и подаем.
