Этот вариант куриного блюда тоже в восточном стиле. По-китайски. Быстро приготовленное куриное мясо плюс красивая подача. Для праздничного стола.
Рецепт:
400 г куриного фарша
2 кочана листового салата
1 ст.л. белого сухого вина
1 ч.л. кукурузного крахмала
1 ст.л. соевого соуса
2 ст.л. хрена
0,5 ч.л. сахара
5 ст.л. куриного бульона
1 зубчик чеснока
3 стебля зеленого лука
пучок кинзы
растительное масло
Чеснок измельчаем, кинзу и зеленую часть лука рубим, белую часть лука режем колечками.
Готовим соус. Соединяем крахмал с вином, размешиваем до однородности. Добавляем соевый соус, хрен, сахар и теплый куриный бульон. Тщательно перемешиваем.
В воке или глубокой сковороде разогреваем растительное масло, обжариваем чеснок и нарезанную белую часть лука 2 минуты. Добавляем куриный фарш, готовим на среднем огне, разбивая комки, 4 минуты.
В отдельном сотейнике разогреваем соус почти до кипения, но не кипятим. Вливаем его в сковородку с куриным фаршем, перемешиваем. Готовим на небольшом огне, помешивая, 10 минут. Снимаем с огня. Добавляем кинзу и зеленую часть лука. Остужаем.
Разбираем салат на листики, выкладываем на сервировочное блюдо, раскладываем в листики фарш.
