Это простейшее блюдо из кабачков, какое только можно придумать. Его можно собрать из любых продуктов, имеющихся в холодильнике, были бы только в доме кабачки или цукини. Пойдет все — кусочки оставшегося от обеда мяса, колбаса, ветчина, бекон, мясной фарш, любой сыр или смесь сыров. Одним словом, — доставайте все, что у вас залежалось, нарезайте кабачки длинными пластинами, выкладывайте на эти пластины весь собранный провиант, и в духовку.
Рецепт:
2 молодых кабачка
100 г швейцарского сыра или чеддера
150 г сырокопченой грудинки или бекона
2 помидора
4 веточки тимьяна
растительное масло
1. Сыр натираем на терку, делим пополам. Помидоры нарезаем кружочками. Противень смазываем маслом.
2. Грудинку нарезаем тонкими кусочками,обжариваем на сухой сковороде 2 минут.
3. Кабачки моем, нарезаем вдоль пластинами толщиной 1 см. Укладываем половину получившихся пластин на противень, на пластины кладем кусочки обжаренной грудинки, на грудинку укладываем кружочек помидора, посыпаем половиной тертого сыра. Накрываем оставшимися пластинами кабачка, посыпаем оставшимся сыром. На каждый сэндвич кладем по веточке тимьяна.
4. Ставим противень с сэндвичами в разогретую до 200ºС духовку, запекаем 7 минут.
