Второй десерт (первый — баваро с яблоком)- очень легкий, для тех, кому актуально низкокалорийное питание. Только кисловатое на вкус желе из настоя цветов каркаде и ароматное сладкое яблоко, припушенное с медом и корицей. Баловство, а не еда.
Рецепт:
2 зеленых яблока
горсть сушеных цветков каркаде
10г желатина
2ст.л. жидкого меда
1ст.л. сливочного масла
0,5ч.л. молотой корицы
1. Цветы каркаде заливаем 500мл кипятка, накрываем, оставляем до полного остывания, примерно на час.
2. Желатин замачиваем в 200 мл остывшего настоя каркаде, оставляем на 20 минут.
3. Растапливаем набухший желатин на небольшом огне, добавляем оставшийся настой и 1ст.л. меда. Перемешиваем до однородности, заливаем в прямоугольную форму. Ставим в холодильник до полного застывания.
4. Яблоки очищаем от кожуры и сердцевины, нарезаем кубиками среднего размера. В сковороде растапливаем масло с оставшимся медом и корицей, добавляем яблоки, тушим на слабом огне 3-5 минут. Даем остыть.
5. Застывшее желе нарезаем кубиками, подаем вместе с яблоками.
