Праздничный салат с крабовым мясом

Этот замечательный салат — еще одна отличная идея для праздника. На новогодний стол принято ставить самые желанные блюда и те деликатесы, которые в повседневной жизни обычно мы редко употребляем. Красную икру, к примеру. Или мясо камчатского краба. Этот изысканный деликатес очень высоко ценится во всем мире и способен украсить любой праздничный стол, и новогодний в том числе.

Праздничный салат с крабовым мясом, 2012

Рецепт:

200 г крабового мяса

2 свежих огурца

1 зеленое яблоко

1 авокадо

2 яйца, сваренных вкрутую

1 зубчик чеснока

1 ст.л. лимонного сока

1 ст.л.майонеза

соль, свежемолотый перец

красная икра и листики свежей зелени для украшения

 

1. Крабовое мясо разбираем на кусочки, хитиновые пластины — удаляем. Мясо обсушиваем бумажными салфетками.

2. Огурцы нарезаем тонкой соломкой, посыпаем небольшим количеством соли, оставляем на 10 минут. Когда огурцы дадут сок, отжимаем их.

3. Яблоко очищаем от кожуры, разрезаем на 4 части, удаляем сердцевину. Мякоть нарезаем соломкой. Сбрызгиваем лимонным соком.

4. Яйца очищаем от скорлупы, мелко режем. Измельчаем чеснок.

5. Перемешиваем огурцы, яблоко, яйца и 1 ст.ложку майонеза.

6.  Авокадо разрезаем пополам, удаляем косточку. Ложкой вынимаем мякоть, измельчаем ее. Сбрызгиваем лимонным соком, добавляем чеснок и 1 ст.ложку майонеза. Перемешиваем.

7. В высокие бокалы укладываем слоями  смесь огурцов, яблок и яиц, авокадо и крабовое мясо. Сверху укладываем кусочек крабового мясо, ложечку майонеза и листики свежей зелени. Можно украсить этот салат 1 ч.ложкой красной икры, положив ее сверху майонеза.
