Огурцы малосольные

Странное дело, почему то как только на рынках появляются маленькие пупырчатые грунтовые огурчики, всегда хочется сделать из них малосольные. Казалось бы, грызи свежие, не зима ведь на дворе, так нет же… Как представишь их с молодой картошечкой, так сразу за банку и возьмешься.

Огурцы малосольные, 2013

Рецепт:

1,5 кг огурцов

2 л воды

4 ст.л.соли

головка чеснока

1 лавровый лист

2 листа хрена

3 ветки укропа с зонтиками

5 листочков смородины

3 листа вишни

3 бутона гвоздики

10 горошин душистого перца

 

1. Огурцы моем сушим, отрезаем кончики. Чеснок чистим.

2. Укладываем огурцы вертикально в стерилизованную банку, перемежая их зеленью и чесноком.

3. Кипятим воду с солью, перцем, гвоздикой и лавровым листом. Заливаем кипящим рассолом огурцы, накрываем полотенцем и ставим в теплое место. На следующий день огурцы будут готовы.Плотно закрываем их крышкой, ставим в холодильник.

 

Храним малосольные огурцы в холодильнике.
