В редисе съедобно все — и корнеплоды и ботва. Причем, по витаминно-минеральному составу ботва даже богаче корнеплодов. Поэтому не спешите ее выбрасывать, добавляйте ее в салаты и в супы. Если, конечно, она не вялая и не жёлтая.
Рецепт:
1 пучок редиски
3 небольших огурчика
1 яблоко
80 г салата корн
лимонный сок
100 г сметаны
1 зубчик чеснока
половина перчика чили
4 веточки укропа
соль
1. Приготовим заправку. Чеснок очищаем, измельчаем. Перец чили разрезаем вдоль пополам, удаляем семена, мякоть измельчаем. Укроп мелко рубим. Смешиваем сметану с чесноком, перцем, укропом. Солим. Даем настояться.
2. Редис и огурцы нарезаем тонкими кружками.
3. Яблоко разрезаем на четыре части, удаляем сердцевину, нарезаем тонкими дольками. Сбрызгиваем соком лимона.
4. Салат корн моем, обсушиваем, разбираем на листики. Соединяем в большой миске с редисом, огурцами и яблоком. Сверху поливаем заправкой и подаем.
