Рецепт:
6 больших мясистых помидоров
4 зубчика чеснока
горсть листиков базилика
1-2 ст.ложки сахара
3 ст.ложки оливкового масла
2 ст.ложки бальзамического уксуса
соль, перец
1. Чеснок очищаем, нарезаем пластинами. Листики базилика нарезаем тонкой соломкой.
2. Духовку разогреваем до 160ºС. Помещаем внутрь большой поддон и оставляем прогреваться.
3. Помидоры моем, разрезаем поперек на половинки. Смазываем 1 ст. ложкой масла и кладем срезом вниз на горячий поддон. Ставим в духовку на 2 минуты.
4. Переворачиваем помидоры срезом вверх, смазываем оставшимся маслом и уксусом. Посыпаем чесноком, сахаром, солью и перцем. Возвращаем в духовку на 1 час.
5. Горячие помидоры посыпаем базиликом.
