Такой мармелад без особого труда можно сделать и самостоятельно, а с агар-агаром он вообще готовится буквально считанные минуты, без каких-либо длительных увариваний и лишних телодвижений. Его можно готовить из любого ягодного или фруктового сока, морса или даже чая, а еще с ним можно сделать такие вот прекрасные натуральные конфеты, рецепт которых предлагает Елена Чекалова.
Рецепт:
200 г смеси кураги, фиников и чернослива
30 г молотого миндаля
1 ст.ложка пшеничных отрубей
1 ст.ложка какао-порошка
500 мл черничного и любого другого ягодного сока
2 ст. ложка лимонного сока
4 г агар-агара
4 ч. ложки сахара
ягоды для украшения
1. Пропускаем через мясорубку смесь сухофруктов вместе с молотым миндалем, пшеничными отрубями, и какао-порошком. Должна получится очень густая паста. Выкладываем эту пасту в форму обьемом 1 л, застеленную пленкой или бумагой для выпечки. Разравниваем, утрамбовываем. Ставим в холодильник.
2. Смешиваем ягодный и лимонный соки, добавляем сахар. Половину смеси вливаем в кастрюльку. Агар-агар смешиваем с 2 ст. ложками сока, добавляем в кастрюльку, перемешиваем. Доводим до кипения, варим, помешивая, 2 минуты.
3. Снимаем смесь с огня, добавляем оставшийся сок, размешиваем.
4. Выливаем полученную жидкую смесь на основу из сухофруктов, украшаем ягодами, отправляем в холодильник остывать. Остывший пласт нарезаем острым ножом на небольшие порции, квадратные или прямоугольные. Вынимаем из формы.
