И раз уж мы заговорили о ценности брокколи, то приготовим из этой ценной капусты еще одно очень легкое, вкусное, полезное и постное блюдо, приправленное замечательной тайской заправкой, которая непременно вам понравится, я даже не сомневаюсь.
Рецепт:
1 головка свежей брокколи или 400 г замороженной брокколи
2 ч. ложки кунжута
1 стакан длиннозернового риса
для заправки:
2 красных перчика чили
2 ст. ложки соевого соуса
2 ст. ложки сока лайма
1 ч. ложка коричневого сахара
4 ч. ложки кунжутного масла
1. Замачиваем в воде рис на 30 минут. Затем воду сливаем, рис промываем, кладем в кастрюлю. Заливаем 1,5 стаканами кипящей воды, солим, доводим до кипения, варим 2 минуты. Уменьшаем огонь до среднего, варим еще 2 минуты. Еще уменьшаем огонь до минимального, накрываем кастрюлю крышкой, готовим 10 минут. Затем готовый рис аккуратно перемешиваем, оставляем под крышкой.
2. Брокколи кладем в пароварку, варим 7 минут, после чего быстро перекладываем в ледяную воду. Так капуста сохранит свой цвет и останется хрустящей.
3. Кунжут обжариваем на сухой сковороде.
4. Перец чили разрезаем пополам, удаляем семена и белые перегородки, мелко рубим.
5. В маленькой мисочке смешиваем для заправки чили, соевый соус, сок лайма, сахар и кунжутное масло.
6. В порционную тарелку выкладываем отварной рис, раскладываем соцветия брокколи, поливаем брокколи заправкой, сверху посыпаем кунжутом. Приятного!
Тайская заправка хороша не только с брокколи, она отлично подходит к любым овощам, рису, рыбе и мясу.
